お金や経済の仕組みをひも解く、青春小説「おカネの教室」。本書のイラストとキャラクターデザインを担当しました。

経済記者として20年以上のキャリアを持つ高井浩章さんが、自身の３人の娘さんに、「お金や経済の仕組み」を伝えるべく作ってきた本書。子供に分かりやすいだけでなく、大人にもお金とは、働くとはなにかを考える機会をくれます。
台湾と韓国でも出版されています。韓国語版は装丁をあらためにデザインしてもらいました！
裏表紙は、本書のあるシーンをサイレント漫画にしたもの。登場人物のことを想像して、楽しく描かせてもらいました。
Mr. Hiroaki Takai, an economic journalist with a career of more than 20 years, has created this book to teach his three daughters about “the structure of money and the economy”. Not only is this book easy to understand for children, but also gives adults an opportunity to think about the meaning of money and work.
The back cover is a silent comic imagining one of the scenes from the book. I had a lot of fun creating the image of the characters.
The book has also been published in Taiwan and South Korea. The Korean edition features a great cover redesign too!
